OK, sounds great, but what does that actually mean?

There are lots of different kinds of videos that can be produced. Some are of beautiful moments or memorable events, such as wedding films. But corporate videos? They’re a game changer.

You may of heard stories of business owners spending thousands on a video that’s uploaded to YouTube or their website and viewed by just 30 or 40 people – most of those being employees, family or friends. Not ideal.

Mike – our Managing director – once attended a corporate annual conference where he asked the Marketing Manager why it wasn’t being filmed, only to be told, “We tried it once and it didn’t work for us”.  

The footage of that customers’ event, which covered team building and an awards ceremony, has probably been saved on a server never to be seen again.

This was another example of a missed golden opportunity. One long-form film could have been dissected into a gold mine of entertaining, short clips. All of which would have been great for both the brand and staff engagement.
